SUMMARY:

The Chinook DMO will utilize the dish machine to provide clean and sanitized food prep and service items to guests and employees in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to departmental policies and procedures. Properly store and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from dish machine. Maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while running the dish machine. Stock serving stations with plates and utensils. Properly clean and sanitize work area during and after shift. Remove garbage and clean garbage cans as needed. Sweep and mop floors and coolers as directed by supervisor. Remove cardboard as needed from kitchen area. Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Prior restaurant experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:

Strong written and oral communication skills required. Excellent customer service skills required. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of proper kitchen sanitation preferred.
