Job Description
Orchard Valley Golf Course, located in Aurora, IL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Dishwasher ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, walk-ins, dry storage, and prep areas. Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout shifts and at closing. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste. Assist with daily and deep-cleaning tasks, including shelving, steam tables, hoods, and kitchen equipment. Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen leadership. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment or supplies as needed. Reliable transportation.
