Kitchen Cleaner and Prep Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner & Prep Assistant to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supporting daily food preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations Assist with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, organizing ingredients) Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools Take out trash and ensure proper waste disposal Support kitchen staff with general tasks as needed

Requirements :

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to follow health and safety guidelines Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus (not required)

Schedule :

Flexible availability required Morning and/or evening shifts available

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
