About us Cherry Street Brewing Company is a locally owned full service restaurant and bar with 4 totals bars including a microbrewery and upstairs beer garden. Work will be challenging and collaborative but fun too. We want out staff to feel like family. On-the-job training Lively atmosphere Organizing staff shifts and scheduling Providing excellent customer service Leading by example Working with food and drink suppliers Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property Maintaining safe working conditions Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary Recruiting and training staff Working closely with ownership to meet revenue objectives • Implementing appropriate strategies to improve sales and grow market share
