Full Job Description Dishwasher Job Description:

Duties:

• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using the dishwasher or by hand
• Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas
• Assist with food preparation and food service as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
