Opening in the spring of 2024, The Prospect will redefine hospitality in Mount Prospect. Personal service and the ultimate dining experience will be hallmarks of the two-story restaurant. Guests will be immersed in culinary techniques as the team prepares dishes influenced by both Italian and Argentinian culture. The Prospect's approach to open and honest hospitality will extend beyond a congenial smile and handshake, making its way into fresh and seasonal ingredients that will fuel the body and warm the soul. Dishwashers at The Prospect play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and ensuring a smooth flow of restaurant operations.
Dishwashers will:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and utensils Assist the Prep Cook with minor prep duties Maintain and ensure the kitchen and various areas of the restaurant are clean, sanitized, and organize
