JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a dependable Kitchen Porter to wash dishes, keep the kitchen clean, and assist with food prep, with opportunities to learn and grow into a line cook role .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, silverware, cookware and storage containers/pans. Assists with basic food preparation Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift or as needed. Assist team members as needed in execution of service Effectively communicate with management and kitchen staff Adhere to all health and safety regulations
