Duties Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using commercial dishwashing equipment while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures Clear and reset tables promptly, assisting servers with bussing duties to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices in compliance with kitchen health and safety standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, moving equipment, and organizing storage areas safely Support food preparation activities when needed, including basic ingredient handling and assisting with catering or banquet setups Operate kitchen equipment responsibly, ensuring proper use and maintenance to uphold sanitation standards Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure proper food handling and sanitation throughout the shift Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and kitchen health standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and basic utensils Strong understanding of sanitation practices related to dishwashing, food handling, and overall kitchen cleanliness Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support busy service periods effectively Basic knife skills or familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus for supporting kitchen operations Join us in creating a vibrant dining atmosphere where cleanliness meets hospitality excellence! Pay:
