Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep team member, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this lively and fast-paced role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchenware, assist with food preparation, and support the culinary team in maintaining a smooth operation. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and food service will help create a welcoming environment for both colleagues and guests alike. Duties Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment through efficient washing and sanitizing processes Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients to support culinary staff Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup and cleanup Uphold strict food handling and safety standards to ensure all items are prepared and stored hygienically Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and organizing storage areas Buss tables during service hours to ensure a clean dining environment for guests Collaborate with team members to meet high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending frequently Experience with food preparation techniques or culinary skills such as cooking or plating is a plus Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts Previous banquet, catering, or hotel experience is advantageous but not required A genuine interest in hospitality, serving others, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction!
