Freeland's is located in Carmel, Indiana in a gorgeous historic building. Freeland's Restaurant focuses on seasonal refined dining. We are looking for passionate team players with good attendance to join what is already an award-winning team! Already ones of 2025's Diners Choice and Nominated for Best of Carmel, IN. Looking for Back of House Professionals, ideally with fine dining experience, who take pride in their work and are committed to excellence. Emphasis on teamwork, training and further education. All Dishwashers start at $15/hr. We are currently open 5 nights per week. Shifts start at 330pm Tuesday-Saturday. Hours vary depending on the needs of the business and what time guests leave each evening. All employees start on a 90 Day probationary period.

From $15.00 per hour Application Question(s): All dishwashers must be able to work an open to close shift. It starts at 330pm and depending on how busy the business, you could get out as early as 10pm or as late as 1am. Are you able to work these hours? We are looking for employees who want to work at 3 shifts per week. Are you able to work at least 3 shifts that are a combination of weekends and weekdays?
