Entry Level Sales Representative Catalyst Endeavors | Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time Are you outgoing, motivated, and looking for an opportunity where you can build real sales experience? Catalyst Endeavors is a growing sales and marketing firm in the Indianapolis area, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives . This is an in-person retail sales position where you'll interact directly with customers, learn how to identify their needs, and help connect them with products and services that are a good fit. Previous sales experience isn't required. We provide training and ongoing coaching to help you get comfortable in the role. What You'll Do Speak with customers face-to-face in a retail setting Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience Develop your communication, sales, and customer service skills Work toward individual and team sales goals Participate in ongoing training and coaching Represent our clients and their brands professionally What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are friendly, dependable, coachable, and comfortable talking with new people . Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful, but definitely not required.
