Hours Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday with an 8am start time. End time is not set and is determined by how much work there is each day. Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our busy kitchen team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Your main focus will be on dishwashing and cleaning to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment and manually wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools following proper food safety sanitizing procedures. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment to meet sanitation standards. Follow health and safety standards related to kitchen hygiene, manual handling, and sanitation regulations. Help with heavy lifting of supplies and equipment while adhering to safe manual handling practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy service times. Qualifications Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation procedures is a plus. Strong attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
