Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or setting up stations to support chefs and kitchen staff. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests. Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with safety regulations to ensure quality and hygiene. Contribute to catering and banquet setups by organizing serving ware and assisting with event-specific needs. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with food service procedures, including bussing, food handling, and basic food preparation. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guest satisfaction.
