JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely use all kitchen equipment and cleaning and sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS Sheets and departmental standards. Must understand and adhere to safe and sanitary work habits; must understand and adhere to the safe handling, usage and storage of all chemicals used during the performance of duties. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine. Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machines. Clean, transport and store all pots and pans, dinning ware, silverware, and glassware used in the food and beverage operation. Unload delivery trucks as needed. Transport food waste, grease, oil, etc., in appropriate locations. All other duties assigned by Room Chef, Sous Chef, or F&B Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Internal candidates must meet the requirements listed in the Transfer and Promotion Policy. Must be able to obtain required work cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction. The Mint Gaming Hall is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
