The successful candidate will be responsible for high volume dish washing, expeditiously reloading the line with dishware during service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This position requires excellent multitasking skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of the dish pit. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keeping the cook stations stocked with dishware Restock supplies as needed. Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
