Job Description:

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will play a critical role in supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams by ensuring all tools and service items are cleaned, organized, and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen Ensure all items are properly dried, stored, and ready for service Assist with cleaning floors, taking out trash, and maintaining overall sanitation standards Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed Restock clean dishes and supplies to appropriate stations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dish area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and carry heavy items (dish racks, trash, etc.) Attention to cleanliness and organization Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Professional demeanor and willingness to learn Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed At our many restaurants, we take pride in curating an exceptional dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors of Louisiana's culinary heritage.
