Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are spotless and ready for use. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our food service, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality meals. Help with bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean and presentable for guests. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly. Skills Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members in a hospitality setting. Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary terminology is a plus.
