Must have reliable transportation to and from our location, 20 Station Avenue, Groton, MA 01450. Shifts currently available Tuesday through Saturday from 4PM to 12AM Dishwasher duties :

• [ ] Keeping dish area and back of kitchen clean and organized
• [ ] Washing all dishes, silverware, pots and pans
• [ ] Sweeping and cleaning walk in coolers
• [ ] Returning plates, pans, and all kitchen utensils during the shift to the correct stations.
• [ ] Communicating if cleaning supplies are needed based on usage
• [ ] Communication if machines and or anything are in need of repair.
• [ ] Weekly cleaning of hoods, shelves, coolers doors, etc
• [ ] Managing trash, cans, all recycling. Keeping the containers clean and organized
• [ ] Nightly taking out all trash and recycling, keeping containers clean.

Tareas del lavavajillas:

• [ ] Mantener el área de platos y la parte trasera de la cocina limpia y organizada
• [ ] Lavar todos los platos, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes
• [ ] Barrido y limpieza de cámaras frigoríficas
• [ ] Devolver platos, sartenes y todos los utensilios de cocina durante el turno a las estaciones correctas.
• [ ] Comunicar si se necesitan suministros de limpieza según el uso
• [ ] Comunicación si las máquinas o cualquier cosa necesitan reparación.
• [ ] Limpieza semanal de campanas, repisas, puertas de hieleras, etc.
• [ ] Manejo de basura, botes, todo reciclaje. Mantener los contenedores limpios y organizados.
• [ ] Sacar toda la basura y reciclar todas las noches, manteniendo los contenedores limpios.
