15 Walnut in South Hamilton is hiring a dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who works hard, moves with purpose, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Prep responsibilities may be included depending on experience and shift needs.

Responsibilities:

Dishwasher Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools quickly and properly Maintain clean and organized dish stations and kitchen areas Assist with trash/recycling removal and end-of-shift cleanup Keep floors, mats, and BOH spaces clean and safe Support the kitchen team during busy service Prep Cook (as needed / based on experience) Basic food prep including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients Labeling, dating, and rotating products (FIFO) Set up prep items for service and assist cooks as directed Help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards What Will 15 Walnut Give To You Hourly pay of $17 - $19 an hour, depending on experience Supportive team environment Consistent hours and steady business Opportunity to learn prep and grow in the kitchen Employee meal/discount opportunities Job Requirements Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
