Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant and supports our culinary and service staff by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools Correctly placing and storing clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, trash areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to our opening & closing procedures, and Emptying and cleaning trash bins in back of house and as assigned Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including equipment and work surfaces Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Support kitchen team with additional tasks as needed during service Alerting management to any malfunctioning equipment May assist in cleaning and preparing of food ingredients Learning about menu items and participate in cross-training opportunities Qualifications Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation and punctuality Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent scheduling Opportunities for growth within the kitchen Supportive, professional work environment Staff meals and dining discounts Full-time and part-time positions are available.
