What is Takes to be a Part of the Team Communicate clearly and effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team members Remain on your feet and active throughout the duration of your shift Be a true team player—ready and willing to assist fellow employees when needed Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment Safely lift up to 50 pounds as part of your daily responsibilities Bend, reach, and move with ease to support the fast pace of kitchen operations Handle kitchen tools and equipment (e.g., knives, slicers, mixers) safely and accurately, if required Maintain the highest sanitary standards, including frequent and proper hand washing Responsibilities of a
