We are hiring for our overnight team. A&J King Artisan Bakers is looking for a dishwasher/packer to work at our production facility in Salem. We're a family owned, award-winning, 20-year old bakery that is looking for reliable third shift help. Great for night owls and workers looking for off-hours employment. Our dishwashers/packers are an important part of our team helping to keep dishes and equipment ready for use for our production staff and our work space clean. Reliability in this position is very important . We're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hard working person that gets along in a team atmosphere but who can work independently and complete all assigned task to maintain a clean work space.

JOB DUTIES

• Wash/rinse/sanitize baking pans, small wares, and equipment
• Help pack bread items into labeled bags
• Dry, consolidate, and re-stock clean items
• Follow end-of-shift routines to clean, mop, and sanitize the dishing area for the next day's service This is an on your feet job and some heavy lifting is required up to 50 pounds.

DAYS/HOURS

• 3 shifts per week: Weekend availability may be required.
• 10pm to roughly 4:00 am this is an

OVERNIGHT

shift.

• Roughly 18 hours a week.

COMPENSATION

All employees are paid a base wage (no less than minimum wage) and and additional bonus per paycheck which varies depending on how busy the bakery is. Right now, that bonus averages adding an additional $3.50 per hour to each employee's paycheck. So, for example, employees making $16 per hour are taking home around $19.50 per hour.
