Now Hiring Sous Chefs | $27/hour Lead and support culinary teams during daily production and service Independently handle advanced food production and multiple kitchen needs Prepare entrées, proteins, sauces, sides, and other hot food Manage timing, quality, temperatures, and production Step into stations and provide hands-on culinary support as needed Maintain food safety, sanitation, organization, and quality standards Line Cooks | $22/hour Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and production needs Set up and independently manage assigned stations Work with commercial grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment Demonstrate strong knife skills and professional food preparation techniques Maintain quality, timing, and consistency during service Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards Dishwashers | $17/hour Operate commercial dish machines and three-bay sinks Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain clean and organized dish and kitchen areas Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation Support the culinary team with daily kitchen needs Follow sanitation and food safety standards What We're Looking For Previous professional foodservice or commercial kitchen experience is required for all positons.
