Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic ingredient handling and setup when needed. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate dishwashing schedules during busy service hours. Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by participating in cleaning duties beyond dishwashing, including trash removal and surface sanitation. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
