Job Description
A resume is recommended but not required. #studentlife When business needs fluctuate throughout the year, Michigan Dining will offer work assignments based on availability and selected through the seniority-driven bidding process. Work assignments may be required in other departments to ensure year-round work schedules for all staff members that want that, seasonal leave requests may be approved on a year by year basis at the unit discretion. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends & holidays. Ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment. Ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards and use resources responsibly, and recognize and minimize waste. Maintain a static position for extended periods of time. Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Sunday
