Job Description
Job Summary MT Plate Diner is a diner located in beautiful Arcadia right on scenic M-22. We serve Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week from 7am to 2pm with extended dinner hours till 8pm Thursday - Saturday. We are seeking a part time and full time Dishwasher/Busser. Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items meet health regulations and sanitation standards. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing station promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to sanitation protocols. Support overall kitchen cleanliness by assisting with waste disposal and ensuring compliance with kitchen health and safety standards. Other duties as assigned Skills Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures. Ability to operate commercial dishwashing and kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Good organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.
