The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, helping with catering or banquet setups. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
