Summary:

The Dishwasher supports the venue operations by maintaining clean dishes, equipment, and work areas while contributing to a connected, optimistic, and service-oriented team environment that helps deliver a memorable fan experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
  • Foster a connected , team-first environment by assisting kitchen and service team members as needed
  • Maintain awareness of the work area and support overall kitchen flow throughout the shift
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented , optimistic , and professional attitude at all times
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and Heart of House (kitchen) equipment
  • Clean and maintain trash bins and deposit garbage in designated dumpsters
  • Keep floors clean and free of spills, food, trash, and other obstacles
  • Clean walk-in cooler and dish area daily
  • Organize and properly store all clean dishware, pots, pans, and storage bins
  • Perform opening and closing cleaning duties
  • Maintain all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and Health Codes
  • Ensure all utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly
  • Operate, assemble, disassemble, and descale the dish machine as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain proper rotation of dishware, pots, pans, and storage items
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume Heart of House environment to contribute to a memorable experience for fans (guests)
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, while adhering to all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbook
Experience:
  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
  • Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
