Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support the kitchen team as needed Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle manual lifting of heavy items such as large pots, trays, or bulk supplies with proper technique Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Follow all sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards at all times Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety management is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or sinks is a plus Commitment to maintaining kitchen health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations Join us as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
