Clear and reset tables quickly and professionally to maintain a clean dining environment. Support the serving staff by bussing tables and ensuring guest areas are tidy and inviting. Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy pots, trays, or dish racks to ensure safety. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards. Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift by cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas regularly. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures is a plus. Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
