We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers. Responsibilities:

Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily

Qualifications:
