We are looking for someone with that hustle, dedication, drive and devotion to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities Load and unload dishwashing machines Wash specific items by hand in the three compartment sink (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china) Inspect and store clean dishes and equipment appropriately Set up and maintain clean workstations Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues Remove compost, recycling and garbage regularly Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including the dish station, table tops, walls and floors Assist in some food prep work (e.g. cutting fries using the potato cutter) Skills Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed Time management skills Attention to detail and sanitation rules Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
