Line Cook Positions:

Bigalora is a growing Italian restaurant group focused on Neapolitan pizza, House made pasta and more. We currently have locations in Southfield, Royal Oak, Ann Arbor, and Plymouth. Our restaurants have a neighborhood, family vibe and we are looking for positive and fun team members who understand that our culture and food quality come first. We are seeking Line cook to add to our growing team!

Line Cook Job Description:

Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Cleaning up station Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks

Line Cook Requirements:

Positive attitude and teamwork Ability to work efficiently and quickly Proven cooking experience Familiar with industry's best practices reliable transportation
