DISH ATTENDANT

An Iron Fish Dishwasher is crucial to our guests' experience by ensuring the availability of clean dinnerware, glassware and cooking utensils.

Responsibilities include:

clearing dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas. Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.

Duties:

Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use Clean kitchen tools, equipment and appliances properly before use Assemble food for guests Assemble and prepare takeout packages Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash and recycling Do the laundry Track cleaning products and communicate needs for reordering Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized

Required Qualifications:

Available to work weekends and most holidays during the day to evening hours. Experience in the food and beverage industry. Experience in a retail setting. Strong customer service and hospitality acumen. Strong communication skills (written and oral). Ability to multi-task. Familiarity with basic food and serving of food. Able to work in a collaborative team environment with a selfless commitment to the customer. Self-starter with an ability to anticipate and pro-actively accomplish tasks.
