Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards. Skills Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards. Basic knife skills for assisting with food prep tasks when required. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and cleaning tools. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff and hospitality guests.
