Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Sweep or scrub floors
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Assist with food preparation when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from others
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Skills:

• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and equipment
• Ability to assist with food preparation tasks as required
• Experience with bussing tables or catering/banquet service is a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
