Dishwasher

Job Description Kamma Hospitality is looking for back of house staff members. Gai Noi aims to focus on Laotian cuisine in a fast casual setting. The restaurant will be located in Loring Park and between the two floors, rooftop patio, and several event spaces, there will be around 300 seats in the building. Dishwashers will be responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, and glasses. Their duties include prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry.

Responsibilities:

Operation of a commercial dishwasher while ensuring proper levels of chemicals and checking water quality Handwashing dishes as needed Unloading, organizing, and cleaning dirty utensils and dishes Organizing and delivering clean dishes to their storage spaces Assembling, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors Assisting with taking garbage to the dumpster area Qualifications Excellent people skills Reliable transportation The ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time Exceptional time management skills

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
