```Duties```

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
• Sweep or scrub floors
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment ```Skills```
• Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures

• Hospitality:

  Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers and staff
• Food preparation: Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
