Job Overview Poor Richards is looking to hire some dishwashers for $18 an hour on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and possibly Saturday nights . No experience required. Could be perfect for a second job or a high schoolers summer job. This position could also lead to cooking or prep (more $$) if interested. Happy to train anyone who would be interested in growing and learning how to cook. You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are spotless and ready for use. Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supporting the culinary team during busy service times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all tasks. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
