What you will have an opportunity to do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. Maintain cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen, and surrounding areas. Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently. Remove trash and recycling, following proper waste disposal procedures. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, floors, drains, walls, and other surfaces as directed. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies. Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately. Support chefs and cooks by keeping workstations stocked and ready for service. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food & Beverage team. Any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
