Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and organized to support seamless food service operations. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when required Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen supplies for efficient workflow Follow all food handling and safety procedures to prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service Assist with general cleaning duties within the kitchen and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Requirements Familiarity with cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness and safety protocols Flexibility to work evenings, weekends Basic understanding of culinary or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably This role provides an excellent foundation for those interested in pursuing careers in culinary arts or hospitality industries.
