Must be reliable & be able to provide references. Responsibilities Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, especially during peak hours Operate the industrial dishwasher Wash certain items by hand when necessary Clean dish storage Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately Empty and clean trash, recycling and compost receptacles Perform opening, closing and side work Light food prep Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Work experience as a dishwasher or in restaurant setting Excellent work ethic and time management skills Ability to work well with others Believes in always showing up on time for work Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds daily and remain standing for long periods of time Can also apply in person Monday thru Friday 8-11am & 2-5pm.
