Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Prior experience in food handling, cleaning, or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas throughout shifts Help with catering or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with light food prep when required Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting and scrubbing A positive attitude and willingness to support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment
