A reliable, team-first attitude Patience and consistency in high-pressure moments Respect for cleanliness and organization A willingness to support others in every part of the kitchen A sincere and cooperative approach to daily tasks Responsibilities As a Dishwasher at Big Sky Resort, you will: Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized dish area throughout service Stay on top of dish volume to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted kitchen flow Operate dish machines and follow safety and sanitation standards Help maintain kitchen cleanliness beyond the dish station, including trash, floors, and general back-of-house upkeep Communicate clearly with leaders and teammates, and pitch in wherever needed to support the guest experience Uphold Big Sky's standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork throughout every shift Qualifications Recipe for
