Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Help / Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to support culinary operations, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and contribute to the smooth running of food service, catering, and banquet events. Whether you're looking to gain valuable kitchen experience or enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, this paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while supporting our dedicated culinary team. Currently only fri-sat, part-time. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or setting up stations under supervision Support the catering and banquet teams by helping with setup, breakdown, and replenishment of food items during events Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces in accordance with health and safety standards Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly during service to ensure a welcoming environment for guests Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods and special events Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning, or food prep is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail when maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support colleagues effectively Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus Experience with banquet or catering operations can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us in creating memorable dining moments by keeping our kitchens running smoothly!
