Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, sinks, and other cleaning tools. Follow all health and safety regulations related to sanitation, manual handling, and food safety management. Requirements Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy items when necessary. Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team members. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for collaborating effectively with staff members.
