Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed Support banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and properly arranged Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper food handling procedures Follow proper waste disposal protocols and ensure recycling practices are adhered to within the kitchen environment Assist with general cleaning duties across the restaurant or hotel dining areas to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitation procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the business schedule Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication keeps our kitchens running smoothly!
