Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food service operations. Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to sanitation protocols at all times. Skills Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards in hospitality environments. Experience with bussing tables or supporting food service operations is a plus. Ability to handle basic food preparation tasks and assist with catering or banquet setups. Familiarity with kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, and sanitation tools. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude. Prior restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued.
