Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in food production following established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food processors safely and efficiently Support the culinary team with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure quality presentation Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and ensuring all kitchen areas are hygienic and organized Assist with meal preparation for catering events or high-volume service periods while adhering to recipe standards Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting with special meal preparations Handle dishwashing duties efficiently to ensure a steady flow of clean utensils, cookware, and service ware Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential Demonstrated ability in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely Experience with food handling in high-volume production settings or catering environments is advantageous Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in meal presentation Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues Join us to be part of a vibrant kitchen team where your skills will shine!
