Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Support banquet operations by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in the organization of storage areas for clean dishes and kitchen supplies. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
